REFUND POLICY

Any fees charged to your account are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. You agree to submit any dispute regarding any charge to your account in writing to jaalifestyle.com within twenty-one (21) days of the charge, otherwise that dispute will be waived, and the charge will be final and not subject to challenge. Refunds (if any) made pursuant to a dispute, are at the discretion of jaalifestyle.com.

Subscription can be cancelled without stating any reason. When you cancel a subscription with us, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. If you want to cancel a subscription you have with us, just contact us and we will help you. Email your refund or subscription cancellation request to Support@jaalifestyle.com. Please include the words “Refund Request” or “Subscription Cancellation Request” in the subject line of your email. When you sign up for our subscription services and decide within 21 days that you’re not satisfied for any reason, we will offer you a full refund for the cost of the subscription. After 21 days of the purchase of your Subscription, we can cancel the Subscription for you, but we cannot refund the Subscription fee. It is not possible to receive a refund of any portion of the Subscription fees you paid for prior billing periods. When you sign up for our Yearly Package and decide within 21 days that you’re not satisfied for any reason, we will offer you a full refund for the cost of the Package. After 21 days of the purchase of your Yearly Package, we can cancel the Package for you, but we cannot refund the Yearly fee. It is not possible to receive a refund of any portion of the Yearly Package fees you paid for prior billing periods.

 

We also offer a refund in the following situations:

· If you made your purchase more than once, in one specific month

· If a purchase was made without your permission

· If you're unable to use our Website after visiting our technical support resources and you contact jaalifestyle.com Support within 21 days of purchase

If this is the case, please contact customer support, provide the order number(s) or transaction ID(s) from the purchase, and specify which one(s) need refunded. We are unable to make a refund without an order number or transaction ID that verifies that you own the account.

jaalifestyle.com is a yearly subscription service. If we've done something that has caused you to be unable to access your Account, please let us know and we'll try to fix it. If we can't fix it, you may be eligible for a refund.

You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your use of the jaalifestyle.com Services, including sales, use, or value added taxes. If requested, you will promptly furnish to jaalifestyle.com the applicable receipts or certificates regarding such remittances as soon as reasonably practicable. To the extent that jaalifestyle.com is obligated to collect such taxes, jaalifestyle.com will charge your Payment Method or otherwise add the applicable to your billing account.
